Panelist appointed by the WIPO (mostly as sole panelist) for the settlement of domain name disputes under the Rules for Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy and under the Rules for Dispute Resolution Proceedings for .CH and .LI Domain Names

Consultant with the International Trade Center (ITC/CCI) of the UNCTAD/WTO (Geneva) since 2001

Visiting Expert at International Development Law Institute (“IDLI”) in Rome (Italy) on arbitration practice in 1999 and 2000
